Non-Jack ship thoughts

I don’t mean to be a hater, but the reason I dislike a lot of ships involving Mercy (especially with men) is that I think Mercy deserves better than to have a partner that she constantly has to take care of. She already does that enough at work. It’s my main problem with how a lot of people portray Gency (and also why Mercy76 was always bad even before the gay reveal and especially afterwards). 

I don’t think Gency always inherently has to have that imbalance. But it’s a common issue I see in portrayals of their relationship, and I don’t think it’s good for either of them. Maybe that’s cute for some people, but it gives me major ‘get married and then have a messy divorce during a midlife crisis’ vibes.

Almost no one really walks in on them by accident. For one, just knowing that Mercy is in Jack's office (or the reverse), everyone knows what is happening there and that they will walk on the good doctor being railed like a bitch and drooling from her holes as she fucked by his godly dick.

Oooh okay random opinion time! Honestly I'm only aware of like 3-6 ships for mercy at all so I had to look up a list and snatched the ones that were most familiar to me but also more obscure. tho also gave my opinion on the top popular ones (that I'm aware of) as well

Gency/GenjixMercy: Cuuuute. Love it. Here for it. Probably my second favorite ship for her besides Moicy; they work so well together.

Pharmacy: I think the childhood friends/acquaintances to lovers is cute and, like, lesbians, but you know, it's alright? Kinda fun? Not huge fan overall but nothing against it. Solid ship tho in the like, "yeah, I see where you got that" way.

Mercy76/MercyxSoldier76: Okay so objectively...eh? Like prior to 76 being confirmed gay in 2019 I guess I can see where it started but...eh. But I also got into Overwatch a couple years afterward so to me Jack has always been gay so again it's just...eh.

Mercykill/MercyxReaper: Okay I kinda see the opposites attract, good and bad dynamic here. It's similar to moicy. Aesthetically I approve, otherwise, well...idk, seems like a horny ship but y'all have fun lmao

Healhaw/AshexMercy: I chose this one because the name made me laugh but I just love the idea of Cole getting pissy about his friend and ex friend becoming a thing. That or he'd never talk to her again. Either way, hijink potential is high

Meicer/MercyxTracer: No. They are so immensely friendzoned between each other in my head it almost hurts. Incompatible romantically. Have fun picking up girls at bars together.

Hanmer/Healing Arrow/MercyxHanzo: Genji would cry. Also, Hanzo would have willingly continued to run the yakuza and I think Mercy would become a harmacist if he didn't stop that.

Mercyrat/MercyxJunkrat: She would spend five minutes in the same room as him, fly over a cliff, and turn off her flight engine or whatever the fuck makes her wings work and peace out.

Symmercy/SymmetraxMercy: Huh. I'd be interested to see what someone would do with this. Same goes for MercyxSombra tho I think Sombra is another one Mercy would probably end up annoyed with.

Zarcy/ZaryaxMercy: When Mercy asks for something on the top shelf Zarya will just grab her around the waist and lift her up so she can get it herself and I respect that.
